What are your grand plans for the most colourful festival of the year? What about your attire for the most vibrant festival of the year? Dressing up for this particular festival can be quite a task. This traditional Indian festival is different from the other festivities in terms of dressing up; for on this day we want to look our fashionable best albeit there is also the lurking thought of messy gulals damaging our outfits. So, if you are still skeptical about your Holi attire, (given the fact that it is just around the corner, ready to knock your doors any time now), here are few styling tips for you all to celebrate your Holi, but in a fashionable way!
1) Distressed Denim- Before anything else, always remember Holi is one festival which demands astute dressing up. So, its time you bring out those old pair of jeans from your wardrobe. Get a pair of scissors and tweezers, and distress your denim. Distressed denim looks oh-so-stylish with the quintessential white Holi kurti. Think of the perks of this outfit. If you have the tradition of buying a new cloth in Holi, spent it on the kurta and you would worry less about messing up your attires because a part of it is a recycled wear (distressed old pair of denim)
