What you have to do in this program?

Help your friends and family to discover the amazing products at The Loom – www.theloom.in
Give them confidence/encourage them to buy/purchase The Loom products.
Resolve any query or concern they have before placing the order and give them confidence about post sale services of The Loom.
Convince them to retain the products they purchased and further encourage them to make future purchases from The Loom.

What do you get?

You get amount/payout = a percentage of successful sales ( total value of the products purchased by the customer). This is called Payout Percentage.
Payout Percentage is minimum 15% but varies on below factors. (Payout Percentage is decided by The Loom at its sole descretion and it cannot be contested or challanged):
- Area you get the customer from - Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities get higher percentage.
- Number of orders you get - Higher the order count, higher the percentage
- Return percentage of the orders - Higher the return percentage, lower the commission
- Mode of Payment of Order - Prepaid orders get higher percentage as compared to CoD orders

Eligibility Criteria:

The person applying for The Loom Ambassador program:

Should be Indian Citizen.
Should be 18 years and above.
Should have PAN Card/PAN number.
Should have Bank account in any indian bank in his/her own name.

How to become The Loom Ambassador?

It is a simple 1-step process. If you fulfill the above eligibility criteria above, you can fill in the registration form here : Click here .
Once details are submitted, a unique ‘The Loom Ambassador’ code will be generated on the registration link itself. You have to save it for future purposes.
Our team will Approve or Disapprove your registration request on the basis of submitted information and documents. The Loom reserves the right to approve or disapprove the registration request at its sole discretion without citing any reason, which cannot be disputed or challenged.
You can check your registration application status on the same link as used for registration purposes.
Once your application is Approved, you can start your contribution towards your own personal and financial growth aligned with the company growth.

Sales Order Submission rules and process:

Ambassador has to make the referrals(clients) place the order directly on the website – www.theloom.in. Ambassadors are not allowed to place the orders in their own or blood relative name, address, mobile or phone number. Any such order will not considered for payout.
Once order is delivered to referral, Ambassador has to fill-in the PAYOUT FORM here with order details. Only Ambassadors can access this link with their ambassador code.
Once form is submitted, The Loom will cross-check the information and disapprove/approve the entry along with payout percentage. Disapproval along with reason/Approval along with payment percentage will be visible to ambassador on Payout Link only. The Loom reserves the right to approve/disapprove the payout at its sole discretion.
Payout Form will show the total due amount along with all the entries submitted by ambassadors.
Ambassadors can also export last payment details from Payout Form.

Invoice submission process and Payout Release:

Ambassador can submit invoice along with details sheet with a minimum duration of 1 month and maximum of 12 months. Same invoice cannot have data for orders dispatched in 2 different financial years.
Invoice should be raised in favour of The Loom, A-35, Wazirpur Industrial area, Delhi – 110052. GSTN – 07AJYPG4671Q1Z6. Invoice with wrong details will be rejected. Ambassador need NOT to be GST registered.
Payment will be transferred to you within 30 days of invoice submission after thorough rechecking of entries and deduction of due TDS amount(if any).
Amount will only be transferred to Bank account details submitted during the registration.
